Please be advised that all orders have a standard 5-10 business day processing period unless specifically marked as "Ready to Ship." Promotions & order processing may extend up to 14 business days. It's important to note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

For shipping, standard shipping 2-3 business days and expedited shipping 1-2 business days for delivery. Please note that once the package has been shipped, Exquisite Hair Haven relinquishes responsibility. We highly recommend purchasing “Route Shipping Insurance” during checkout to safeguard your purchase. Choosing to forgo this service means that any issues should be directed to USPS.
